Shipping process:

I ONLY GO TO THE POST OFFICE TWO DAYS A WEEK -TUE & THURS
 
Each package has $50 insurance. Additional insurance will need to be paid for upon request. I do not charge for insurance unless you request it on purchase over $50!! 
Once the package is handed to USPS i can not be held responsible for its whereabouts or how long it may take to get to you! 
 
US shipping is $4(under 1LB) $8.50(over 1LB) until you spend $100 then it’s free! 
•International rates vary from $20+ depending on where you live and how heavy your box is


Orders ship within 2-6 days!
In order to ensure efficiency in my packaging process I will not combine orders to save on shipping unless I am notified that multiple orders by one person have been made!! 



Lost Mail:

If you suspect your package has been lost in the mail please contact me as soon as possible. We can work together on tracking with USPS to locate your package.

If tracking information states that your package has been delivered to the address that was sent to me, IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS WHEREABOUTS AND NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN ON MY BEHALF.

 Please contact USPS or UPS for more information on your packages whereabouts or to open a claim.

Please be diligent about checking tracking numbers to ensure we can stay on top of where parcels are!

Return to Sender: 

If your tracking states that your package has been returned to sender that means USPS had a reason to be unable to deliver mail. Tracking will state was the reason was; addressee moved, unable to reach destination, incorrect address, etc. 

If this happens to you please contact me. In order to receive items additional shipping will need to be paid to send items back to you. If return is desired, please wait for me to receive the items to refund

 

General Returns:

I do not except returns unless products are damaged. If an item is received damaged please email hello@greenwitchmystics.com as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received I will inspect and contact you about the eligibility of your refund request. Partial refunds are available and will vary on damage/product*

You have 30 days from the day of purchase to contact me. If I respond and receive no further communication from you and the 30 days have ended, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or return.
 

Order Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel an order please contact me IMMEDIATELY so the order will not be processed and shipped. Inability to contact me in a timely manner regarding package cancellations BEFORE an item is shipped will result in a non refundable charge-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping will be covered by YOU if a package was sent out and cancellation was not efficiently provided in a timely manner 
I pride myself in the time I spend packaging and personalizing each order, my time is precious to me. Therefore, when I carefully and thoughtfully package an order, ship it out and then receive a notification of cancellation, that's time and energy I could have spent putting together another customers order. So please be courteous to me, my time and my other customers!

 **PLEASE NOTE THAT SELENITE/SATIN SPAR GOODS CAN BE DAMAGED FROM A FINGERNAIL SCRATCH. SELENITE/SATIN SPAR PRODUCTS ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT HOLD UP FOR A RETURN/PRICE REDUCTION UNLESS IT WAS SEVERELY CHIPPED DURING SHIPPING
